General Terms, Conditions and Comments

Unless prior arrangements have been made, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve stalls. Payment is expected and due upon completion of set-up. Any late payments or past due accounts will incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) interest charge from the date of set up completion. The customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including attorney's fees incurred in collecting payment. Returned checks will be subject to a $35 processing fee and will be re-deposited.


Customer is responsible for obtaining, paying for and complying with any and all government regulations, permits/permissions and inspections pertaining to the installation and use of equipment supplied by National Show Services. This also includes, but is not limited to timely notice to "Dig-Safe". (Call 811 or visit our Dig Safe Data page for a list of state numbers). Our tent stakes are machine driven into the ground approximately 4.5'. Therefore, for everyone's safety, it is imperative to properly mark and identify underground utilities and or hazards.


The customer is responsible for marking the equipment set-up location. National Show Services and its employees are not responsible for damage to underground utilities during installation of equipment.


Within reason, we allow last minute order changes and most times will work with you to match our stall set-up to your stall count. However, any equipment, once erected must be paid for in full whether it is used or not.


Upon acceptance of price quotation a formal contract will be drafted and the work order authorization set. The job will be considered firm only when the customer has signed the contract and it has been accepted by a representative from National Show Services.
